Becca Nelson

I am a junior at Stanford, majoring in Ecology and minoring in Creative Writing. My research focuses on oak trees at Jasper Ridge Biological Preserve, ant behavior in Arizona, and wood density, an important trait for calculating carbon values. I recently studied abroad in South Africa to pursue conservation photography. I am interested in birding, science communication, and environmental anthropology. If you have questions about SSS or want to discuss sustainability, you can reach me at rnelson3@stanford.edu.

Alex Li

I am possibly a sophomore, perhaps undeclared. Last year, I may have worked on the Zero Waste group, and I conceivably put up the red solo cups in White Plaza during spring quarter. I my free time, perhaps you can see me doodling, napping under the trees, or running to Redwood City. I could be interested in transportation, bad storytelling, and digital design. Maybe you'll contact me to talk about SSS or anything else about the world.
