What do I need to edit on the website at the beginning of the year?
Do any tasks not done on the end of the year checklist, below.
Update the front page and media links on the front page. Use new photos, if possible.
Update the project page to match the project groups of the new year.
Get the project leaders' descriptions and plans on their own page.
Get pictures of leadership and update their faces/descriptions/emails.
Update Member Portal with this year's links.
Put any interesting videos/articles up on the website.
DISCUSS with your media team your media goals/strategies for the year. (What's one project you would like to focus on this year?)

What do I need to edit on the website at the end of the year?
Just clean up the website for the next media team! You should do the following:
Move project group CONTENT to the old projects sheet.
Upload any relevant publications
Move media links to media/video archives
Move photo CONTENT to photo archive page
leave any changes to this page
add any changes to the constitution
Move leadership to ALUMNI page.
Update member portal.

What should the project leaders/team regularly edit?
Project leaders should edit their own pages! keep this regularly updated with meeting times, photos, etc.
